Last one—that’s a wrap! 🍂✨ Finishing fall strong with this Sweet Potato Cider Sour. Vodka, sweet potato purée, apple cider, and a dash of cinnamon come together for a tart, cozy cocktail that’s as unique as it is delicious.

Save this recipe for your next fall gathering or a cozy night in—you’ll be glad you did!

Recipe:
• 2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Sweet Potato Purée
• 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Brown Sugar Cinnamon Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Apple Cider
• Dash of Ground Cinnamon
• 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Instructions:
1️⃣ Shake everything (except bitters) with ice until chilled.
2️⃣ Add bitters before straining.
3️⃣ Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4️⃣ Garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy! 🥂

Welcome to Episode 3 of my #antipumpkinspice series! Today, I’m sharing a delicious Iced Sweet Potato Spice Latte—a delightful twist on the classic pumpkin spice latte—topped with creamy pecan whipped cream. It’s the perfect fall drink that skips the pumpkin and embraces sweet potatoes instead!

☕️Full Recipe:
Ingredients:
• For the Latte:
• 2-3 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee, cooled)
• 2 tablespoons pureed sweet potato (roasted or steamed)
• 1 tablespoon pecan brown sugar syrup (or brown sugar syrup, or maple syrup added separately)
• dash of cinnamon
• 1 cup ice cubes
• Optional garnish: praline, cinnamon stick, or sweet potato chips
• For the Pecan Whipped Cream:
• ½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
• 2 tablespoons pecan brown sugar syrup

Instructions:
1. In a glass, combine 2 tablespoons of pureed sweet potato and 2-3 shots of espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee).
2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of pecan brown sugar syrup (or brown sugar syrup).
3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and mix well to chill.
4. In a mixing bowl or cup, whip together ½ cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons pecan brown sugar syrup until soft peaks form.
5. Spoon the pecan whipped cream on top of the latte and garnish with praline, a cinnamon stick, or sweet potato chips, if desired.
