Brew a strong shot, sweeten with brown sugar, shake over ice, and finish with creamy oat milk. It’s the perfect balance of bold coffee and caramel sweetness, ready to enjoy at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 shots of espresso or 2-3oz of strong brewed coffee from a Nespresso pod or strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional
  • Ice cubes
  • ¼ cup oat milk or your preferred milk

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2-3 shots of espresso using your Nespresso machine or make a strong cup of regular coffee.
  • While the coffee is hot, stir in 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon for a warm, spiced sweetness.
  • In a cocktail shaker (or a jar with a lid), add ice cubes and pour the sweetened espresso over them.
  • Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill and froth the espresso.
  • Strain into a glass filled with ice, then top with oat milk for a creamy finish. Adjust milk quantity to your taste.
