- 2 parts bourbon
- 1/2 part fresh lime juice
- 1 part spiced pear purée
- 1 dash Angostura® Aromatic bitters
- Cold ginger beer
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the spiced pear purée to bring out the fruit’s flavor.
Add bourbon, fresh lime juice, and a dash of bitters. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
