Ingredients
  

  • 2 parts bourbon
  • 1/2 part fresh lime juice
  • 1 part spiced pear purĂ©e
  • 1 dash Angostura® Aromatic bitters
  • Cold ginger beer

For Garnish:

  • Pear slice
  • Lime wedge

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the spiced pear purĂ©e to bring out the fruit’s flavor.
  • Add bourbon, fresh lime juice, and a dash of bitters. Fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake well and strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
