Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Sweet Potato Purée
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Brown Sugar Cinnamon Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Apple Cider
  • Dash of Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters or your preferred bitters

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cocktail Ingredients:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz vodka, 1 oz sweet potato purée, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz brown sugar cinnamon simple syrup, and 1 oz apple cider.
  • Add a dash of ground cinnamon for a hint of spice.
  • Add 2 dashes of chocolate bitters (or your preferred bitters) to the shaker.

Shake the Cocktail:

  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly mix and chill the ingredients.

Strain and Serve:

  • Strain the shaken mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish and Enjoy:

  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick for that final fall touch.
